The school follows Bikram samwat calendar with three academic terms from Baisakh (april) to Chaitra (march). the first term begins with the start of new academic year and ends by dashain/tihar. the second term is effective upto winter and the third (and final) term thereafter. the school functions 6 days a week with saturday as a holiday. the school remains closed also on National and other government holidays. on working days, study classes are held after the morning assembly at 9 am with total 8 periods of 40 minutes each upto 4 Pm. there are two shoRt BReaks of 10 minutes each after the 2nd and the 6th periods and a Tinffin  Break of 40 minutes after the 4th period. students leave the premises after evening assembly.
