As part of the Friends of Zoo (FoZ) initiative, LRI +2 students actively participated in a zoo animal feeding program. The event aimed to promote awareness about wildlife conservation, animal behavior, and responsible stewardship of nature.
Students had the opportunity to assist zoo staff in preparing and providing food for various animals such as deer, birds, monkeys, and herbivores. Through hands-on involvement, participants gained valuable insights into the dietary needs and care routines of different species.
The program not only encouraged compassion for animals but also helped students understand the importance of conservation efforts and sustainable environmental practices.
The FoZ feeding activity served as an educational and inspiring experience, nurturing a sense of responsibility toward wildlife and biodiversity among young learners.
